I work for a large energy provider as a surveyor and had to do a survey on the house where George Orwell wrote the book 1984, the house was on Jura and called Barnhill.

I love a good conspiracy but dont usualy visit sites on the subjects, however i came across this one whilst being bored in work and reading the football rumours page and noticed the link. Anyway, i read through the post on here and although most i found quite amusing, i came across a term a few times that i had never heard before 'black technology'. upon doing a bit of research on this subject i came across Seismic Weapons technology, and how it 'was' used in haiti. There is quite a lot of interesting info on it on the web, does anyone have any good theories on it?

Am I right ed ??

Matty b {Ed001's Note - and every time you think you have read everything there is on a particular subject, someone comes up with a new angle!}

Not really conspiracy talk, but get this - the other night I started to watch The Exorcisim Of Emily Rose(?), but had to switch off and get some sleep. For those not familiar with it, essentially her possesion began at 03:00 in the morning, with her Lawyer and Priest experiencing events at the same time. Mid-way through the night, the TV suddenly turned itself on - blurry-eyed I knocked it back off again. I glanced at my clock - yep, you guessed it - 03:00...

Very, very spooky. {Ed001's Note - did you sleep well afterwards?}

Agree3 Disagree0

LOL Thanks for the concerns! I didn't sleep very well, the g/f dropped straight back off! {Ed001's Note - I didn't think you would get much sleep after that, your mind would have struggled to wind down I bet.}

" bought a japanese akita, now im more worried about him eatin me while i sleep"

I've got 2 akitas , they won't , they are too family orientated for that .

" Jimi 88, was just a joke, my akita is brilliant,"

Thought you might be lol . Whats he like ?

I've got 20yrs of akita ownership under my belt , if its not an akita its just a dog . I've got 2 males , a pure white 10yr old who is blind and a 15 month old 10 & 1/2 stone "pup" whose head is full of magic beans . Fantastic animals .

I know an AKita called summer and she's one of the most loving dogs I've ever known. And protective.

Well from the outside I presumed it was going to be a shoo in for Obama thanks in part to his big win last time but I understand the opinion polls are quite close.
Mitt Romney would appear to be the candidate the Republicans will put up and he would appear to be the candidate who will appeal to voters outside the core support. After all, there aren't many Republicans who get elected in Mass.
Truth is we heard precious little about what Obama stood for 4 years ago as is colour seemed to capture most headlines.

Agree0 Disagree0

Obama will win again this year simply for the fact that people who historically never voted in the past will once again vote for him.
