Maybe not a conspiracy but Just seen the news about some tw***er users getting court papers served for posting cureent pictures of one of the James bugler murderers (John venables I think). Anyway I was surprised to find that it is an offence to post/share images of either of the offenders even if its not even one of them! I presume for mistaken identity for an incorrect image. Surely there must be some freedom around this? I also fin it a little concerning what precedent could be set for the amount of protection applied to perpetrators of particular crimes no matter their age at the time. Discuss.

Its a tough but I can see one this to my mind it is the piece of in the twitter pics and would love him to get he's karma, I can see why they don't want people putting pictures claiming to be child killers in case they are wrong, the easiest way to avoid that is to avoid that in the future is to not give killers a new identity.

Agree2 Disagree1

But those two murderers will go and make new friends and their friends won't have a clue what horrible people they are.

don't people have the right to know who a killer is?

Agree5 Disagree0

Blame your government for giving them new identities, but you can not put pictures out of people who might or might not be the person, for instance I look like a drugs warlord from liverpool, I never heard of him before my mates took the pi -- and noticed the resemblance when this gangsta had a book wrote about him, it was only when I seen the cover of the book that even I had to double take, the feller in question is in prison but what if he was a nonce and people on social network sites were putting pics out about him?, I could be in a pub and could get glassed or worse, the best thing they can do is never give nonces/child killers/rapist new identities.

Agree2 Disagree2

Those two rats got away with murder due to imbecilic crown prosecution. They were both trialled as adults, when they were children. This basically meant that when it came to appeal etc they were able to use this and have reduction in sentence. If they had been trialled as children they would still be, well they would not be in society put it that way.

Agree1 Disagree0

Interesting frankie, does that mean you look like Curtis warren or Stephen French? They are the only 2 Liverpool gangsters I've heard of in recent years.

Supasub

Agree1 Disagree0

I look like curtis warren on the book cover mate.

Agree0 Disagree2

Oh dear frankie, at least I bet you don't get any "trouble".

Supasub

Agree0 Disagree1

I think there was a media ruling on posting any of their identities or pictures on any medium at the time or at the recent Venables/Thompson furore about one of their recent offences. If the people who posted pics have broken this ruling then they only have themselves to blame, no matter how much it might have been in the public good. This is probably why none of the papers have been able or willing to publish current pictures or identity info, even when they probably own the pics and know their current identities.

Anyone ever heard of immortal technique! He's a rapper that raps about conspiracys and how the whole world is corrupt! He doesn't charge for his albums there free to download and although I'm not into rap it's a good listen!

Believable5 Unbelievable0

Yeh mate he done a great interview with alex jones and I have downloaded his album it's free off itunes, a mate off here and twitter gave me the heads up about him, so ty dannny.

Listening to underground hiphop brought me here a few years ago hence the name jedimindtricks, there conspiracy talk is one of the reasons we will never see them on tele here some people might actually learn somthing. Lowkey is another very good artist these people put there words first and there money second witch is the way it should be.

I always wondered that with your sign off Jedi. Vinnie Paz came to Melbourne a couple of years ago and a female mate of mine went back to his hotel and some others. Said he was one of the most down to earth, laid back person she has ever met. Some other chick in the hotel room asked if he always brings groupies back and he kicked her out for being disrespectful.

My mate is still in e-mail contact with him and he has even offered for her to come to Philly and eat his mums Italian. He calls her his little sister. I was blown away when she told me all this and backed it up with the e-mails. People like Vinnie, Immortal and Lowkey (who a mate who just got back from London turned me onto) aren't it in for fame. It's all about the messages behind the songs.

Well said Melbourne I have the martyr on my ipod ready for the gym now mate.

Agree0 Disagree0

I recommend getting some of his earlier albums Frankie. Revolutionary Vol 2 is an absolute beast of a record. He was one of the first to do what he does, and get recognition world wide. If anyone hasn't heard the track Dance With the Devil, I recommend giving it a listen. A pretty dark track but it gives you an idea of his lyrical ability. Also Peruvian Cocaine pretty much breaks down how coke gets from the cocoa farmers in South and Central America into the US.

I looked up that Curtis Warren bloke, and going to the gym won't be doing you any favours of dropping the lookalike tag mate ;-)

Melbourne CFC

Agree0 Disagree0

Come to think of it Dance with the Devil probably isn't the best track for any newcomers wanting to hear his music. Harlem Streets would be a lot more relevant to this page.

Melbourne they know me in the gym so its all good, I won't be getting a dumbbell over my head as I am doing a chest press haha cheers for the the heads up on other tracks I will download them now, adios till later amigos.

Thats incredible melbourne! He has always came across that way a very humble guy who has thrived in the struggle, she is one lucky person that right there is a dream of mines! I actually have a savings fund that i'm toping up every now and then to go over to philly and see them in there back yard, when I lost my job my kid roughly the same time normal music didn't do it for me I needed somthing with meaning and these guys opened my eyes truely grateful for that, lowkey is a great artist all his songs have a message about them he's fighting for what he beileves in and I have to admit i'm with him on it its horrible what's happening over sea's, knowing you guys are listening to this aswell is great I try to get as many people as I can to listen but never drill it into there heads they usually learn thereselfs in time

Jedimindtricks

Agree0 Disagree0

Just listened to immortal technique in the gym and he's songs are deep loved ultimas palabras its more like a martin luther king speech than a song, plus the martyr, mark of the beast and rich mans world (1%} he sounds a very very intelligent man, pity there are not more artist like that.

Agree2 Disagree0

Sorry to hear about your loss Jedi. These guys are so real in the way they rap, I'm not surprised at all that you felt a connection to them. I know when I lost a close mate a couple of years ago, these guys music was definately something that helped me come to terms.

Vinnie Paz - Same Story was a track I wouldve played over 100 times. We ended up playing it at his funeral. Definately helped me understand that others know what it feels like to lose someone you love.

BIGFOOT IS REAL dna results prove it, animal hair sample with human dna. Why the cover up all those sightings can't b faked and there is no way all the footprints are faked. The us government have known about them for 120 years!!

Believable13 Unbelievable2

Its not just the USA mate its all over the world and I don't think its a cover up as such but they need conclusive proof or a body until they get that there is a lack of acceptance by scientist, this opens another question more massive than finding a bigfoot, were did we come from?

Agree1 Disagree7

I believe in bigfoot but there is still question marks over that DNA testing.

i think my mate pulled her in newcastle the other week. Serious note I think they need conclusive proof like a body. Mort

Agree7 Disagree0

I don't think it's a cover up, I think Sasquatch or Bigfoot will be discovered one day, gorillas were considered a myth at one point!

Agree0 Disagree3

I think its a cover up. Too many people including some high ranking science professors have provided several samples and then there's the erikson report which ( if u google it )is going to provide mindblowing evidence!!

BFRO

Haha mort

Agree2 Disagree1

I know for a fact that Bigfoot exists becuase I have seen him myself here in rural Ireland

Agree5 Disagree1

Just watched the 19 second erikson report on the bigfoot, why just show 19 seconds and put everyone out there misery and show all of it, if I had found the scoop of the century I would let everyone know and all the trappings of fame and fortune would come, I just find it a bit suspicious until I see more proof.

Lankymanc

Agree4 Disagree0

Heskeyfenwa, Where in Ireland did you see a bigfoot? Sounds interesting.

Agree0 Disagree0

I wouldn't hold your breath lads. I'm a huge fan of following Bigfoot related news, programmes, stories etc and something doesn't add up - for example, those DNA studies and the announcement of their results. A few days ago, a short piece of video was shown by, IIRC, the same people, which claimed to show a bigfoot sleeping.

It looked a bit dubious (like a rug) and if you had concrete, undeniable evidence of a creature's existence like that (it was apparently an excerpt from a longer, crystal clear vid). why would you be relying on DNA results, that right now, nobody can verify?

I've had my heart broken too many times over the years! Something about this whole Melba Ketchum DNA situation doesn't add up with me at all.

If there's a conspiracy though, it'll be because if bigfoot is proven to exist, it will tear up numerous theories and decades of scientific research and 'fact' - not to mention religion.

I would LOVE it to happen though, because I've had some very heated debates with friends - these guys laugh at devoutly religious people, yet they are equally blindly devoted to science and won't even consider the possibility.

The proof that a big foot exists is overwhelming, I agree with some of you guys, when they do find significant proof, it will open up a whole can of worms. Garbo.

I hate this sort of crap. Really puts a dampener on something I truly believe in.

PS - Finding Bigfoot need to ditch the USA and start doing more episodes/investigations in Asia, Africa.

Gooday
This is directed at Franky, Mort, RR an the prestigious Ed :p regarding the Oscar case lower down on this page. I live in S. A and its a beautiful country with beautiful people, but don't get me wrong it's riddled with crime, an I have encountered this first hand with a home invasion, and was violently attacked, been muggel. But hey i'm not hung up about it, crime an violence is everywhere.

What strikes me about this, well let me give it to you in points as I understand from my S. A point of view.

1. he lived (chose to) in a gated complex which is guarded 24/7 to be shielded from crime like this.

2. nobody I kno ever leaves their balcony door or any door ajar for fresh air at night if they are so concerned for crime, especially him saying he's so scared because he's disabled.

3. criminals here will use the easiest entrance, the robber would have been through that door in a heartbeat instead of the window. that's a fact they take you out before u have a chance to set the alarm.

4. he has a well documented history of womanizing an abuse here.

5. this is the one that got me the most, here in S. A a schedule 6 offense (accused) are not allowed bail, he falls into this category, are not allowed bail. Yet our superstar is, that is wrong and makes me more angry that anything in this case. one rule for the rich another for the poor.

In the end, it looks highly suspect to me living here and experiencing the same sort of crime, yet the motive of the average criminal he thought was in his house was completely new, strange.

Believable3 Unbelievable0

Hey Mr Jones thank your post and thoughts about the case, you would know a hell of a lot more than me about protection protocol in south Africa than me, all your points are valid in particular the 6th offence bail law which I never knew about, there should be any special treatment at all, no matter who you are. as for your valid points I will still wait for all the evidence before I make my mind up, good post Mr Jones.

Agree2 Disagree1

25 Feb 2013 13:45:52
i'm not an expert on south africa or the law but I do maintain that there is something suspicious in all this. Mort

Agree0 Disagree0

According to a few news papers they are stating as a fact that he bashed her skull in with a bat, if true like they are saying then the guy should get a very big sentence.

Agree0 Disagree0

As part of his defence he stated that after shooting bullets through the bathroom door he then returned to bed! Only to realise that she wasn't next to him in bed. Now I'm not trying to be presumptuous but after I've fired a few bullets through a door and someone the other side I don't think I'd suddenly treturn to my bed. You would surely get the door open to find out who is inside or call the police? It already looks like its all getting very messy and will probably go on for a while with appeals of whatever nature whatever the outcome. Innocent till proven guilty but his "story" is p**s poor.

Supasub

Agree1 Disagree0

Thanks Franky, really appreciate it! always look out for your posts, you've become quite the Machiavelli on this site. From here in S. A this case has been blown through the roof, you can't go for 5min without hearing about it and it irritates me to no end, but then I find myself doing the same on here, makes me laugh really.

I would love to give this chap the benefit of doubt, as he along with others, has done this country proud in some aspects, so good on him.

Its just strikes me as very strange this whole fiasco, knowing how we live with crime an what we do to counter act it.

What I can tell you for definite is that 90% of the people I come into contact with, and I would think 90% of people following it here, find this fishy to say the least. Maybe its just the soap opera syndrome.

Agree0 Disagree0

Cheers jonesy for your kind comments (jonesy your new nickname mate) keep everyone informed about how its playing out in SA about the case.

Agree0 Disagree1

As I said before, it's oj all over again, seeing as he's been allowed bail, he'll probably be let off in the end, especially since the detective who was in charge will probably end up in jail.

Agree1 Disagree0

The more that comes out Mr Jones the more I think he's guilty! If its true about smashing her skull in with a bat I can't see how they would have allowed bail unless he's hit her with the bat first panicked and decided to shoot her and say it was a robbery! Hasn't one of his ex's come out and say he was mental and was always threatening her with guns?

Agree0 Disagree0

Goodday guys,
RR they only discovered she had a fractured skull after the post mortem, went back to investigate and "found" the bat which had hair and blood on (the handling of this case seems inept)
Now get this, his defense are arguing that he used the bat to bash down the door. anyone see the problem in this story and I say "story"

The officer in question has something like 7 counts of attempted murder on his hands, where by a group of guys robbed a house jumped in a taxi (s. a version/ mini bus that can miraculously fit 50 people in somehow) ran a roadblock and he opened fire, pretty much every day exercise lol. And the officers charges where dropped almost over a year ago.

It seems they are deliberately trying to turn this case into a joke.

Agree0 Disagree0

Hey jonesy so you think the powers that be have put a dodgy officer in charge of the case from the start so OP defense can put holes in the prosecution? (pardon the pun) yes something smells like a rat, one more thing why is a officer still in a job with seven accounts of murder? Jesus Christ he sounds like judge dredd.

Agree0 Disagree0

Hey hey Franky, the powers that be here are just as dodgy to be honest. Though it does seem with all the unfolding events, that there will be an OJ stuff up an he will walk! that's what my bet will be on for sure, I wonder where I can get odds for that hmm.

Agree0 Disagree0

Sorry if this sounds daft but Jonesy are you saying the 7 counts of murder are justified as he was doing his job, or that something doesn't add up with his story about what happened re shotting cars with robbery suspects in it?

Melbourne CFC

Agree0 Disagree0

Yeah Melbourne I would say it doesn't add up! only instance when justified to shoot at someone is if they're a zombie or a chelsea supporter or both ;) (just kidding i'm a pool fan just banter )

In this officers case he was said to be drunk aswell when opening fire, now tell me why would you put him in charge of such a high profile case, maybe its just to sell pappers, maybe stupidity, or maybe something else.

Agree1 Disagree0

Yeh jonesy you speak a lot of sense then again you are a liverpool fan as well.

v for vendetta is a good movie RR, john hurt in this and was in 1984 George orwells novel. makes you think if he believes in this kind of stuff, plus Stephen fry a very intelligent man. I don't think he is the type of person who makes this type of movie for the money.

Believable0 Unbelievable2

It makes you wonder though if everything we were told of guy Fawkes was rubbish! It makes more sense the way V explain it! And like you said Stephen Fry is a very intelligent man and can't see him making movies just for the money! Glad you enjoyed it Franky! {Ed001's Note - Stephen Fry is involved in a hell of a lot of things, purely for money. Including a large number of tech investments. Having said that, we are taught a complete loan of cack about Guy Fawkes, it is not as simple as was made out. He would have considered himself a patriot.}

Agree2 Disagree0

To be fair edd this is not a typical advert were you get a set amount of money and not a blockbuster movie. I have never heard of this movie until RR mentioned it and by the sounds of it, it has never had much publicity so I would think fry has took it on for the story line and agenda more so than a cheque (i am only guessing on that)as for guy Fawkes its self it does make you think how we perceive him in our schools, like everyone else we have got it drummed in to heads he was a evil terrorist instead he could have been a English version of William Wallace.

Agree0 Disagree1

25 Feb 2013 13:37:41
poor old guido got a lot of stick as the religion card got played. The guy was a patriot. I've always thought the tradition was wrong and needs changing or doing away with. Mort

Agree1 Disagree0

Everyone knows the biggest crooks are politicians so it makes more sense that he was doing it for the good of us! Imagine if he had succeeded we would never be in the state we are in now! {Ed001's Note - a lot of historians and history books do tell a totally different story from the one we get spoon fed to us as kids. There was certainly a lot more to it than we are led to believe.}

Agree0 Disagree0

Crazy though ed that until I watched that film I'd never given it a second thought! Saying that I believed the Joan of Arc story's till I did a little research and realised it was all bs! And it was just a way to give the French people hope during the war! {Ed001's Note - they can't even tell the truth about why she was burnt at the stake either! It was nothing to do with witchcraft, she was burnt for wearing men's clothing.}

Agree0 Disagree0

Ed I watched a documentary that stated she was never in this country! She was buried along with her husband at a church in France! Not sure of the year but just before the war the catholic church sent a team to remove all evidence that she was buried in France! They said there were witnesses that watched her burn but it stated that no one knew what she looked like so could easily have been someone else! Just weird how one minute the catholic church condemned her to death the next shes a sainted just before the war! {Ed001's Note - they do whatever gives them the most power and money.}

Agree0 Disagree0

Ed can you imagine us questioning these topics in school! We would definatley have ended up in Winwick mental hospital in a straight jacket! If I mentioned any of this to my mother she'd disown me! She's very religious and goes church every Sunday! {Ed001's Note - luckily my mother was very interested in history, so she knew about the wearing men's clothes things. Though me dad was religious to a degree, dragging me to church on a Sunday etc, even he has moved away from the Catholic church.}
