Wow can't believe Godfrey Bloom is not being charged for his foreign aid 'Bongo Bongo land' comment. If someone on Facebook or twitter can be charged with racist comments then how is a member of parliament be any different? This doesn't help people trust politicians it only widens the gap of them and us!

Believable4 Unbelievable6

Charge him?! If that is the world you want to live in, please stop this ride so that I may get off.

Hey RR I have to disagree with you on this one mate, for the last 20 years we have gone politically correct crazy and I believe in freedom of speech even things that get said that I despise, unless it is a death threat let them say what they want.

Agree4 Disagree0

{Ed033's Note - We don't require political correctness, we already have assault and slander

I agree with free speech Franky! That's my point! It's ok for politicians to have free speech but us mere mortal man can't use that kind of terminology! Maybe I worded my post wrongly! My point was shouldn't the law effect all of the land not just certain individuals

Agree1 Disagree0

I get you mate I might have read it wrong. yeah what is good for the goose is good for the gander.

Agree2 Disagree0

Exactly Franky! Better way of explaining my post! Thanks mate! :)

Agree0 Disagree0

I can't beleive what I heard on the radio. Some woman saying its racist! Absolutely pathetic, people are scared to offend anyone in this country!! If I feel like saying chinese people have slanty eyes then I don't expect to be called racist as its actually a fact, just my point

Geordie Al

Agree3 Disagree0

Exactly geordie, were is it going to stop?

Agree0 Disagree0

Listening to Alex Jones the other night and he was talking about how common phrases used in the workplaces in the US can no longer be used like 'brown bagging it' when referring to lunch! There were other phrases which are now deemed racist and unacceptable in the workplace over there which require a history lesson to explain how they may be deemed politically incorrect!

PmacC

Agree0 Disagree0

Well it shows you how long this stuff is happening, I went to school were we had a blackboard and there was a gollywog and I grew up in a multi racial area of toxteth, to me this is to conquer and divide people, it was not perfect back in those days but you generally knew who was a racist now its bloody hard with all of this politically correct phrases, I call a spade a spade phrase will probably get you sacked now or questioned, the worlds gone mad.

Agree1 Disagree0

In Toxteth Franky? I got shot at in Toxteth 2 years ago. I only left the hotel for a kebab haha. But on the whole politically correct thing, I hate it and refuse to keep the things I have to say quiet just because it may offend someone who isn't from here. I mean a woman got sacked because she refused to take off her crucifix as it may offend muslims (these muslims are covered head to toe in a black cloths btw, only showing there eyes). She worked in an airport. I refuse to live in a world like that and I tell younger family members the same!

Geordie Al

Agree1 Disagree0

Are you sure the shot was aimed at you mate? lol, nah sorry mate hope it never put you off coming here?you can be in the wrong place at the wrong time, quite surprised as toxteth is pretty safe compared to other parts of liverpool but poo can happen anytime, hope the kebab was worth it though.

Anyone seen the Carlisle Spaceman? and the rocket that was launched only to be hit by two beams of light by a UFO?

Believable2 Unbelievable0

Links man, where are the links?

Throw us a bone, it's not too much to ask.

Agree2 Disagree1

The 'Solway Spaceman'? www.ufocasebook.com/1964solwayfirth.html pea

Agree0 Disagree2

The spaceman photo is interesting, no doubt, but one can't conclude anything from it. However, the rocket shot down by beams of light, where is the link for that beauty.

Agree0 Disagree0

I saw it on UFO files unsealed. on H2 channel 236.

i can't find a video of it on the internet though.

Dont know if it has been mentioned over last couple of days but did anyone see the news where HSBC have told the Vatican nank to find a new bank.
I can't get my head round this the Vatican bank is one of if not the richest private reserve in the world.
Why would anyone kick out their biggest customer.

Believable1 Unbelievable0

My guess is hsbc know that there is a money trail leading to dodgy people/corporations and it is going to get made public add in to the mix child sex scandals they want to get out while they can, no doubt if it was not going public they would sit back and reap the profits.

Agree4 Disagree3

I agree Franky they know something is brewing hence the "DIVORCE"
however I don't think it will just be the sex scandal

Agree1 Disagree1

Probably the fact the Vatican is one of if not the biggest pedophile ring in the world! Also I believe the sexual age of consent in the Vatican city is 11! Even though you have to be a priest to live there and also take a vow of celibacy why need an age of consent anyway!

Agree2 Disagree3

I thought it was to do with the break up of banks and the amount of money they can hold. If they are holding vast amounts there is pressure for them to loan money to new businesses etc. without that vast capital they will not have to loan to anyone.

another scam banks and big businesses use is getting tax releif for making charitable donations - for example they give donations to debt crisis charities who will give people money toward. their bank loans they cannot repay. the bank gives the money to the charity, the charity then pay it back to the bank. the bank gets massive tax releif and their money back whilest black listing a poor payer and more than likely closing their account.

Bankers are the * of the earth.

Don’t think you have to be a priest to live there, don’t they have the Vatican guards living there with their families, I believe I read a story years ago that one guard killed another guard as he was having an affair with his wife. No, he actually killed the two of them and then killed himself. Garbo

Agree1 Disagree0

Not sure Garbo as far as I was led to believe the guards live just outside the Vatican city but I may be wrong as haven't looked into it! Either way for the head of the catholic church living in probably the only city in Europe where the sexual age of concent is lower than the rest of Europe I believe. Think Spain come in second with their age Of concent being 13! Crazy world we live in people!

Agree2 Disagree2

Apparently the Vatican city has the highest crime rate in Europe!

Agree1 Disagree0

As regards the Vatican age of consent, the idea of it being 13 is an error which is often quoted. The age of consent in Vatican city is now 18 while Europe as a geographical area averages around 15. The one time age of consent of 13 was a remnant of the state laws that governed across Italy until the formation of the modern republic and then the independent Vatican state. Spain still has the age of consent at 13, while many other European states have the age fixed at 14. The majority of those who live in the Vatican are clergy (male and female (2 communities of nuns)) and Swiss Guards, the majority of whom are single.

hi ed033 and all, love this site 1st post so here goes take a look on here every night sometimes 5min sometimes hours fascinated with some of the subjects mentioned on here been finding the site extremely helpful when looking for new topics. the subjects I find most interesting is countries mostly [america and britain] interfering with other countries from the pursuit of natural minerals and resources to them putting puppet presidents in power. I think most of it is the massive corporations who put up these puppet presidents[prime ministers] home and abroad who are pre selected to pass the laws required i. e illegal wars, banking legislation, tax loopholes etc. to pursue the main shareholder [boss] orders.

other subjects of interest is the royal familys connections to illuminate and symbillisom thanks to you edd but could do with some help in that department. would like to give a little back and will post a small list of doc's that I am sure will be of interest to most readers. THANK YOU to all regular poster for there input as it has been of great help. I encourage regular readers please to express your views and interests and share your knowledge. keep up the good work edd033

I know a lot of people found their way to this page via the football sites so I would be interested to hear peoples opinion on the theory that certain african players/ players of african origin are older then they say, players such as jay jay okacha, n****wo kanu and freddie adu are just some of the players that people have claimed haved lied about their age. Anyone got any thoughts/theorys or names of other players who have been suggested to be older than they say?

RedPJ

Believable2 Unbelievable0

{Ed001's Note - it is actually very well known that a lot of them did this, as the countries do not have accurate birth records, it is very easy to just fake them. It was usually just to allow them to compete in youth tournaments. There have been a number of nations banned from competition over it.}

Got any other names? Taribo west was claimed to be 12 years older then he says. that's some going playing as long as he did if it's true.

and the latest of course is Falcao who has been said to be 29 not 27

RedPJ

Agree2 Disagree0

Michael Essien, John mensah and Pantsil had doubts about their ages brought up by someone in their own football federation. Obafemi Martins was also doubted as I remember when he was incredibly young at inter Milan. George weah could have been another. Also showing my age a bit there was a young player I think of African origin years ago at anderlecht I think who played in the first team at 15 or something called Nil Lamptey? Hailed as the next great/Pele. He had to be a "ringer".

{Ed001's Note - Nigeria were banned from some youth tournaments due to false ages. They have introduced testing to check the ages now and still a country has had to be banned, I think it was Kenya off the top of my head, but that is probably not right.}

Yeah it is interesting, I wouldn't be surprised if South America has a similar problem after doubts being cast on Falcoa's age.

Agree0 Disagree0

Don't know how true this is but got told in Nigeria because births aren't recorded that once they apply for a passport this then becomes date of birth! This isn't solid info just what I got told over obefmi martins! Funny if true! Think this was the same with Kanu!

Agree0 Disagree0

A few years ago I knew a man from sierra leone who moved to England and got a trial at west ham telling them he was 21 when he was in his 30's god knows how he got a trial because he was garbage also nii Lampety played for villa and was a beast on champ manager

Agree1 Disagree0

Wasn't there a story a couple of weeks ago that there were questions over the correct age of Falcao. Around the time of his transfer from Atletico to Monaco?

Anybody know what came of that story?
