Yeah, plus the Green Man, a strange symbol on the circular stage. Very pagan.

Eds do you know much in the vrill society?

Thanks
Jarred {Ed001's Note - all I know about them is the claims that they were a part or the precursor to the Nazi Party.}

Eds do you have a conspiracy twitter account? Would make chat, news etc. A bit easier and quicker {Ed001's Note - no, nor will there be on, twitter is too limited and makes nothing easier unless you want to stalk 'celebrities'.}

Believable0 Unbelievable1

You mean you dont live and die by the Kardashians ed?
Andrew {Ed001's Note - I have no interest in imbeciles flashing money around.}

hey edd just a suggestion to your agree and disagree button,is there a way for instance you click that you disagree with a post that you HAVE to give a reason why you disagree ? and vice verse,just might make it more interesting to people to give there own point of view,some do it but a few just do it for the hell of it.
frankyscouse {Ed001's Note - it would be possible, but most people click the buttons rather than type a reply.}

Believable2 Unbelievable7

There should be an agree/disagree with ed button also.

Agree8 Disagree1

Maybe make it compulsory to type a response if u agree or disagree that way people genuinely interested can make there points and the clowns who just go on here to disagree with anything that people write might get bored lol.

Just going to a different subject and it probably won't happen but similar to the PPI scandal.
Wouldn't this under reported Libor rate scandal mean that alot of us with mortgages or any loans for that matter could of been paying an incorrect interest rate as opposed to what it may of been without the Libor rate being manipulated?
It must of potentially had a knock-on effect on all rates IMO.

Supasub

Believable2 Unbelievable2

I meant to add that shouldn't we potentially be compensated for incorrect interest rates?

Supasub

Agree4 Disagree1

The whole PPI 'scandal' has been grossly exaggerated, companies have found a loop-hole through which to make money & the public are jumping on the bandwagon. As a bank clerk I know that when selling someone PPI, you are instructed very clearly to make them aware what it is and what it will cost them. However, as this is a verbal conversation and not recorded, many members of the public are now claiming they were missold PPI. I am not saying that there are not some cases in which PPI was missold or simply given to someone, just that there is no scandal at all, just the public in essence pillaging the banks....suppose it's about time they got their revenge though!

Believable2 Unbelievable9

The answer to your question is a video i posted on here the other week it might still be on, if not find 'The history of oil' By Rob Newman online, its about 40mins long and will change the way you see history

Great cheers will check it out tonight

If you want a military conspiracy, perhaps 10 years ago I was at a house party and spoke to a (recently) former soldier of some note - not quite SAS, but almost there. When asked how many deployments he'd had, he said '4, see if you can guess them?'

Well we got 3 of them, with Northern Ireland and Iraq being the easy guesses, I forget the other.

The 4th we struggled with. When we gave up he revealed the last deployment... Chechnya. He wouldn't reveal anything more than to confirm that he there was combat action.

You never know. However there was a lot of hype about something "happening" during the olympics which never did. johndog/jstaff

Yeah but the conspiracy to 2012 was about 1000s of years ago

hi everyone, just to let anyone know who isn't aware, that Richard Dawkins ( wonderful man ) will be taking part in a debate ( most likely science vs religion ) to be screened on wednesday, pretty sure it'll be one of the terrestrial channels, sorry i can't remember which channel it is.

Also, wasnt sure of Obama for a very long time, but after watching Fox's hate campaign against him and their outrage that the DNC weren't mentioning God in any of their speeches, made me take time to actually look at what Obama is actually dealing with and saying. Sure, he maybe hasn't lived up to many of his promises, but he is finally doing what we all want to happen, tax the banks and wealthy, rather than the working class and pensioners suffering from their shortcomings. What we should also take into account is he had to follow probably the worst President ever, who let's face it, left a heavy debt hanging over USA with the tribulations following 9/11.
This Mitt creep wants their soldiers to stay in Afghanistan, and give tax breaks to the wealthy, keeping the average American on tenderhooks.
Well worth looking into, sure frankyscouse will enjoy reading up on it all.

Sorry for the long boring post guys, hope at least some of you have something to say!

Peace

Believable2 Unbelievable3

Oryt jay a think youv got a bit more investigating to do if you think obama is anywhere near doing the things youv said and remember saying something is alot different than doing something !

Agree1 Disagree1

Totally agree with you, but i'd rather obama than mitt the morman an day! Republicans are pure poison, remember Bush?

Peace

Jay
Glasgow

Agree1 Disagree2

Hey jay will look in to mate and give you my views as for obama or any president/prime minister/leader of a country they give with 1hand and take from another,and anything is better than bush.
frankyscouse

Agree2 Disagree1

What difference does obama make to us? & they will work something out with the banks. politicians are the puppets for the higher ups.

Agree3 Disagree0

It does not matter which of them gets the presidency, they both are corrupt persons being paid by the same people. Nothing will change

Agree5 Disagree0

Well said, the whole thing is a big sham, have a look at the parties political donors, the one with the biggest most powerfull ones (goldman sachs, JP morgan chase etc), wins and makes you their puppet/muppet/gimp/chimp

Matt_RFC

Agree3 Disagree1

Believing politicians have power is like believeing the posters run this site instead of the Eds.

Agree2 Disagree0

When is the Dawkins debate on ? I have watched a few, I like him obviousley as Im of the persuasion that there is no difference between being religious and being insane. His best quote was "Humans have been on earth at least 150,000 years, and you think this god of yours only stepped in to help 2000 years ago ?"

Matt_RFC

Agree2 Disagree0

Strange, for a moment there i thought people actually had a vote for things like this. {Ed001's Note - yes, very strange if you believe your vote can make any difference. Unless the people you have the option to vote for offer a genuine choice between different viewpoints, your vote is just between the same ideology in a different guise. Unfortunately, our political system, with party politics, ensures that we get no choice, both sides are owned by those who pay to get them elected - the corporations.}

Agree0 Disagree0

Well said Ed, they're just two factions of a one party state. 'Democracy' is two wolves and a sheep voting on whats for lunch.
