I watched this on youtube and reading the comments I came across this;

The UK column news you posted above Ed033. Fascinating insight into the Polio vaccination program in Syria. And the irony that Britain is becoming a bigger part of of a ever growing EU military command as it prepares to leave the EU. I never heard of David Ellis before, so thanks for sharing that.
