Does anyone know those council wardens that patrol about and can fine you for dropping cigarettes, litter and things. This is were I can't get a straight answer, are you legally obliged to give them your details like a police officer? I also don't know if its an act or law That backs them up, if its an act then I'm sure I don't need to say anything as an act isn't a law its an agreement between two or more parties. However I'm no expert.
{Ed033's Note - well, this is where you have to ask yourself whether you're living in police state.
After you get arrested, the first thing out of a police officers mouth is; you have the right to remain silent.
The answer is that you have the right to remain silent. However if you ever find yourself under arrest for remaining silent, you know you're in a police state.

Thanks ed, those wardens are rife in my area its like there just out to make money for the system. Iv even seen them stand across the road from my local pub just waiting for someone to drop cigarette butt. I'm starting to believe that we do live in a police state. Thanks again. If they confront me Il remain silent, Il just kid on I'm a mute lol.

I'm not in favour of litter wardens giving out fines, but people who throw their rubbish on the ground in public places are hugely ignorant, and I have no sympathy for them.

Agreed however every smoker has threw a butt away a few times in there life, me included. £50 fine, the most expensive ciggy you have ever smoked lol.

I'm with you rian. But the council need to start providing enough bins. I will walk continuing on my journey without detour for ten mins with rubbish in my hand if I don't come across a bin it goes on the floor.
{Ed033's Note - People have to realise that their 'council' is not the hundreds of years old original council, but instead, their 'council' is a for profit company with shareholders that just happens to have the word 'council' in its company name.
Every 'council' is solely there for the benefit of the shareholders of that company and that means all the 'council' is interested in is increased profits for its shareholders.

I refuse to believe Apollo landed on the moon, there's a major problem on the way to the moon its the Van Allen belt. NASA even admitted they haven't passed the belt, the videos not hard to find on youtube. The craft was airtight however it was made of very lightweight materials. There's no way the astronauts passed the belt without a lethal dose of radiation plus the radiation would mess up the electronics. You have to bear in mind that the Cold war was getting out of control, also the space race was on between the U. S. and the U. S. S. R. The U. S. clearly did it as a show of strength. If they did land on the moon then the moon is closer than we're told due to the fact we can't pass the Van Allen belt. Just my opinion but I feel strongly that they didn't land on the moon.
In regard to 9/ 11, you need to look past all the garbage videos on youtube and look at the facts. Bodies were blew out of windows and even on roofs of nearby buildings, the bodies were blew out a side of the building were it would be highly unlikely the blast would be powerful enough to travel that far. Steel was melted, aviation fuel doesn't burn anywhere near the temperature required to melt steel. Bush family knew the Bin Laden family, if your involved in any construction work in the middle east then its highly likely you would be working with the Bin Laddens. Government classified a great deal of the papers related to 9/ 11 (there still classified today) . Iv used a saying most of my life " if it smells like sh*t then it usually is " Don't believe everything the government tells you.

The Russians were always a step ahead of the US in the space race, and if there was a way past the Van Allen radiation belts they would have surely found it. It's difficult to imagine the Russians not making it to the moon soon after the US, if not before. And the Chinese would also be there by now.
There is also the small detail of no crater beneath the landing module, and no dust on the feet of the landing module, the letter C printed on one of the rocks, the backgrounds being the same on different shoots on different days, the Hasselblad cameras taking perfect pictures with film that passed through the Van Allen belts, the odd reflections in the visors, the odd shadow configuration as if there were several different light sources. I really would like to know what people involved in the Russian side of the space race thought about all this.

agreed mr x, what i tend to do is look back to the 70s and 80s for stuff for me its more credible as there was no fame attached in fact they were ridiculed.
i found this story a few years ago and was blown away, some of it is tough to hear and watch but it opens your eyes.

Very disturbing though. I can't imagine the amount of pedophilia and child trafficking currently going on worldwide. For there to be such a mass problem only eludes the the highest places covering it up.

Hello guys, I keep getting sent the same links and videos on FEMA camps and martial law in America but this new info I got has got to be the most chilling. I'm not going to put any link I would just recommend you google "fema orders boxcars with shackles" the info isn't new at all its just the first I heard of it. Iv heard all the rest about billions of rounds of hollow point ammo, plastic coffins being ordered and even civilian looking targets but 102,000, boxcars with shackles. Google it yourself guys its disturbing to say the least but its happening. I would also recommend watching some happy youtube videos after reading about fema because you just loose your faith in humanity when you see such plans to treat people like cattle.

Don't mean it in a bad way neither have I got anything against Muslims. There prophet married a 6 year old and done the dirty when she was 9. Muslims probably take there religion more serious than any other religion, to them Mohammed is a role model they think hees beautiful and perfect. Imo Islam is an outdated religion (like most) . However they still follow there old traditions. Therefore a percentage of Muslims wouldn't see nothing wrong with child marriage because there prophet did it.
