had a strange UAP experience this morning, thought I'd share.

I just stepped out my front door around 5AM to go for an easy run. I live in a small close in a quiet village with no street lighting. The sky was clear, the air calm and crisply cold and it was just getting light but the Sun had still not risen. I looked up and directly over my close, there was a very bright white light, it seemed to be a fifty to hundred feet high and about the size of a baseball, though it is difficult to judge as this all happened very quickly. The ball of light then travelled horizontal towards the Sun, at incredible speed, making the ball become a white line a couple of hundred feet long, then everything just vanished. Not out of sight, just gone as though it wasn't there.

It left me feeling quite strange and I stood there for a few moments bemused as to WTH I had just seen. I spent the entirety of my run trying to figure out what it was, a trick of the light, hallucination or anything else it could have been, and there is nothing I can come up with. The only other UAP's I have ever seen have been at a very long distance. This was pretty much right next to me. In all honesty, it has freaked me out a bit.

Hey ed032,
Not quite the same experience as yours but I remember when I was about 10 years old playing in my parents garden, no one else around, not even any neighbours when all of a sudden an object whizzed over my head at at some speed and I watched it fly into the woods next to my house. It was like a silver ball/disk just a little bigger than a tennis ball, it was gone in about 3 seconds and didn't make any noise, I've always wondered what it was, anyone heard or seen of anything similar?

{Ed032's Note - Sounds similar, wiggy677. It was around a total of 3 seconds for what I saw. In those 3 seconds I went from thinking it was a star, to thinking it's too big and bright to be a star and it looks very close, to it making a line and vanishing like nothing was ever there.

It was something. What exactly, I have no idea.
