Regarding Frankyscouser's podcast and how he became interested in conspiracies, I thought a good question would be to ask everyone else how/what got them into conspiracies!

For me, it was this sight, found it off the chelsea site and thought you lot were a bunch of nutjobs! Then i researched 9/11 quite a bit and will now never believe for sure what's said in the mainstream media. I see things very differently now.

{Ed033's Note - Frankyscouser mentioned there was a video that blew his mind. If you haven't seen it and want to, It's now in 27 parts (roughly 15 minutes each part)

The Greatest Story Never Told

Exactly the same as you mate;
Found the site from the footy site
Have always had a cynical mind especially about 9/11 but I thought the poster's here were crazy initially
Then I did some research and now I think everyone else is crazy!

That Hitler documentary is excellent, opened my mind a lot.

I was about 11 when Oliver stones JFK came out and I've been gripped since ( I'm 35 now) and then the x files came out and I've been hooked on conspiracies since then.
The greatest story never told was a real eye opener would recommend to anyone.

Dylan Avery and Michael Moores documentarys on 911 opened my eyes on it, bit dated now seeing as there's been a lot out since then but in 2003-4 that was all we had to go on.

Michael moores fahreheit 9/11 documentary started it. Funny as I had no clue of what documentaries were at the time. Still find it strange it was released in india around october 2004.

It's crazy from a different perspective, I learnt one side of the story just this year in history class, always 2 sides and were only ever told 1 throhgh media

im a muslim and I watched a series on youtube, not sure whether its still there or not, it was called the awakening. relating what was written in the quran to the world today. it gave me different views of the world.

if I remember correctly the video also talkd about illuminati, entertainment industry etc. it opened my eyes and I started watching and looking for other conspiracies etc.

I studied jfk in a history lesson at school 25 years ago. After that x-files made my interest grow. Think there is a new film in the pipeline but I think some things that have been put in the series over the years were now a bit misleading.

always been interested in aliens, ufo's and that sort of thing, did a project on area 51 back in 1992 for school, a few years after lazar had come out so to speak. Xfiles, Tim Good, Hoagland, Art Bell and years later. the more you dig the more questions you have! love it.

For me it was David Icke, I had seen him on a TV programme, which incorrectly smeared him as stating he was the 'son of God', led to 9/11 in turn led to Illuminati but what really gripped me was Lloyd Pye's seminar, everything you know is wrong, this answered a few questions I had regarding strange happenings while I worked on a farm on Vancouver Island. Big shout out to this site though, while I don't participate much in discussions i'm always reading.

In fact it might have been a new series of x files come to think of it. With both Duchovny and Gillian anderson.

no mate what I meant was the misleading things put in the show,
did you mean x files and if so what was misleading?

There is some good stuff on it frankie as you know. One of my favourite episodes is "paperclip"? As well as the 2nd part of the very last one of the series. I just think a few things that chris carter come out with during the last couple of series suggested that someone or group were having an influence over him. Of course I could have been reading between the lines and misinterpreted it.

ahh I see, yeah funny enough I felt that, like one week you would have an episode that was very current affairs around that time and instead of milking it for a series , they put it all in 1 show. then the next week it would be something that was the complete opposite, like a killer clown haha.
