U.N. recognised King Khoebaha Cornelius III declares secession from the Republic of South Africa by signing a document to create the new state called United State of Good Hope. Essentially if this new state is internationally recognised, it means half of current South Africa is now a new country. Obviously the ANC who currently run South Africa doesn't recognise the new State.

I live in South Africa and haven't even heard a whisper about this on the streets, looks like they are keeping it under wraps quite well! but to be fair i personally don't recognize monarchs or presidents, they are just glorified gang leaders in my eyes. secondly i also would be stuck unfortunately on gangster Zuma's side of the divide, yay "wonderful"
