How can you incinerate a house to dust and the tree next to it is untouched?

This reminds me of 9/ 11. One side of a car incinerated, and the other side was completely intact.

Direct energy weapon as hypothesised by Dr. Judy Wood perhaps?

{Ed033's Note - Yes spot on Rian, that is what DEW stands for. The video is saying this is Direct energy weapons being used. The question is why would they want to destroy houses using DEWs and blame it on forest fires?

Perhaps an event such as the fire allows them to test it in plain sight without anyone noticing. Maybe it is to demonstrate just how specific they can be on a smaller scale with pin point accuracy. Now translate that to a real war scenario and the possibilities are endless. I wonder what distance they can operate from the target, and was the fire the energy source for the DEW?
