{Ed033's Note - As mentioned a while ago on this site - don't drink tap water - best to buy a distiller i think to take as much out as possible.

People can buy a water distiller for around £125 and distil any water they drink. Then after distilling, you might want to put some minerals back into the water. Some people put a tiny amount of sea salt in the distilled water or buy some expensive trace mineral electrolyte concentrate such as the 40,000 Volts brand. i put some cheap food grade mineral powder in.

You can also 'Ozoneate' the water if you feel like it by purchasing an ozone machine and bubbling ozone through the water.

In addition, there are multiple ways of re-energising the water after distilling. i use the Living Water Vortex Jug that spins a vortex into the water as Victor Shauberger recommended.

This doesn't stop the water you bath or shower in from affecting you, but it would be good to not shower in either chlorinated or fluoridated water. You don't want to be breathing in chlorine gas from a hot shower for instance.

{Ed033's Note - I wouldn't know as it all needs testing properly. Personally, i would buy water in glass bottles, because components from plastic can leach into the water otherwise.
