go out and have a look at the moon just now looks like a cover is being slowing taking away for the moon to come out

I looked at the sky tonight around 7 the moon was strange
The part that is dark
Was more visible than normal

was driving to pets at home and it was so low and big and it looked like a cover was being taking away for the moon to come out. got home took the dog a walk and could not see it after that either mate

{Ed032's Note - Yes, United ireland. I check and the Moon moved out of our perspective view around half 7. I imagine it looked similar to the photo I posted a few weeks back.

southampton that was my thinking to. it was like a cover over the moon you could really make that part out

Yes I see it United Ireland
Ive see it a few times in last year or so
When it's at crescent moon or less
But
I couldn't for life of me remember if it's allways been like that
In that phase of the moon
Or
Has it been just the bright part
That was only visible

My mate I pointed it out to said looks like the other part has not gone out properly
Lol
