I wonder if those employees are now ashamed of how they behaved me personally I would be going back and having a quiet word with each one individually when they are leaving

Why did any of them have handcuffs at thier work?

Wouldn't be a quiet word me thinks, I'm an old man now but young me would be sorting that out.
