Is this arrest warrant issued under the common law or through the normal process of an arrest warrant in England?

I’ve seen a lot of business refusing to close with the use of Magna Carta. It’s refreshing to see people finally standing up for themselves.
Do you think people are finally waking up and do you expect the government to respond to this in some way?
{Ed033's Note - Government have been using Psychological Warfare against us all along. If people can breakout of the mind control because of 'Magna Carta' then great.
These businesses have to realise that any fines based on not opening are like the mask issue. How can you force a fine for not wearing a mask or for opening your own business? I think M.O.B. said that every fine based on these that got to court were thrown out (for being unenforceable).
People might want to realise that no company/commercial entity can force their product or service onto us.
People might want to realise that government, councils, police are companies/commercial entities.
People might want to realise that government requires 'consent of the governed' and police, 'police by consent'.
People might want to realise that government aren't there to try to micromanage every aspect of our lives using psychological warfare mind control techniques.
People might want to realise that they're a Living Man not a fictional birth certificated commercial entity
People might want to realise that we would be better off with 'Common Law' rather than their satanic Admiralty Maritime system.
Wouldn't surprise me that government are going to continue to try to bully anyone and everyone who doesn't do exactly what they want until enough people stop consenting. Government are like the Wizard of Oz, they only have mind control. If enough people breakout of it, government have nothing.

I’ve been following @aronwaltoncreate on Instagram and he has followed everything under common law. Today he went live on his Instagram and there were a bunch of police officers who came to his shop with a locksmith and a lady who served him with a warrant that was not wet signed by a judge as he has refused to close.
I would check it out if you can. He continuously stated he stands under common law and that he doesn’t consent, nor does he understand etc etc. He had already served them with an affidavit and they basically ignored everything he said and they still arrested him today.
There’s has been loads of people on social media following the template letter above and trying to stay open. Apparently they are going to start shutting down these accounts as lots of people are starting to wake up and fight back. What are people supposed to do however, if they are still getting arrested?
{Ed033's Note - This is a war against tyranny. I don't expect them to play fair. Are we not in a police state? They are unlawfully arresting people to try and scare others into giving in.
Let's see more non consent, more businesses opening, more conditional acceptances going in, less masks. When we reach a certain level of non consent, we win. We have the numbers to win this, but you don't give in because of their mind control games. Let's keep going and see everyone who gets unlawfully arrested as a hero.

Hello Ed,
I came across John Harris the other day and watched his presentation on Legalese. have come across this before. but can imagine how much harm it would cause you and your family if you were to try and get your freedom back. It’s sad that he committed suicide. What did you make of him overall?
On a separate note, I turned the TV on yesterday night and by chance, caught Trumps live speech. What caught me was the biased reporting against him across all news channels. I don’t think he stands a chance now. What do you think will happen to him now?
{Ed033's Note - With Trump, the rumour now is that every vote is logged in the Quantum Voting System even the paper ballots. This means the fake paper ballots can be discounted and any correct paper ballots that have been thrown away can be 'traced' and counted. If this can be 'verified' then Trump should win the fictional 'presidential' election.
And maybe this was all done to help 'wake up' the American people.
How can Mankind move on, while we have so many 'Asleep' people about?
John Harris was brilliant at he time, he 'woke' a lot of people up [maybe tens of thousands of people] then committed suicide for some reason.

I think that is the major issue. The need for a result will come above letting this play out in the courts as it should. Even then, will the courts take his evidence seriously?

COVID-1984 Private Criminal Prosecution against MPs Update:
Yesterday morning M.O.B. received a reaffirmation of their legal team's 100% commitment to running the case against Parliament.
The legal team have agreed that the laying of the information cannot be delayed for three weeks, as proposed. They have now agreed that it must be laid by Monday 9th of November at the latest.
