I was trying to search for a post a few months ago where you detailed the 2 Supreme Court cases regarding self certifying exemptions and what is required in order for informed consent to be completed. Could you repost this for me please? Thanks.
{Ed033's Note - Vaccines in UK are not mandatory. There is an exemption on evidence of medical reasons and the Supreme Court recognises at common law that denial of free and informed consent is a self certified medical reason. See Montgomery v Lanarkshire [2015] UKSC 11

In R Wilkinson v Broadmoor : [2001] EWCA Civ 1545, Lady Justice Hale, Supreme Court President, confirmed that forced medical procedure without informed consent "may be sued in the ordinary way for the (common law) tort of battery".

In the judgement it was held that acting under statutory authority provides no defence, therefore the Employer will be guilty of coercion on the threat of battery with regards to unlawful dismissal if express evidence of denial of informed consent are unlawfully rejected.
This will result in a breach of contract and also a Tort that can be sued. The above is why mask "mandate" exemptions were self certified. It is unlawful for Doctors to interfere with the process of free and informed consent. Informed consent is defined in Montgomery as follows:
1. That the patient is given sufficient information – to allow individuals to make choices that will affect their health and well being on proper information.
2. Sufficient information means informing the patient of the availability of other treatments (and forms of testing).
3. That the patient is informed of the material risks of taking the medical intervention and the material risks of declining it.
If consent is given but the Patient subsequently proves that information provided at the time breached the above common law test of informed consent, the Tort of battery is committed and the medication is unlawful.
The High Court has found children incapable of providing Gillick Competency for experimental medicines with unknown long term effects. Schools therefore risk being sued for battery if ignoring Parental preferences. See Bell v Tavistock [2020] EWHC 3274

NHS Consent to treatment
The fundamental common law right to free and informed consent, based on the ancient Tort of battery (trespass to the person), are valid in all 16 Commonwealth Realms and both the Republic of Ireland and USA, where English common law is retained as a body of law.
In Ireland, evidence that English common law rights are retained can be found in the Statute Revision Act (2007) which retained Magna Carta and most of the English Bill of Rights (1688) and much, much more.

In USA, English common law rights are retained by the 9th Amendment of the Constitution "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.", hence why US courts refer to them.

I would hope that the parts about Trump cleaning up the system are true. He alluded to doing so before becoming president and some of his actions since coming into power confirm this. His executive orders on human trafficking, child exploitation and blocking the property of those involved in serious human rights abuses and corruption in particular.
I think blockchain is a necessity in a way for humanity for the reasons you described above, in particular enabling the old adage of following the money. Although I would hope that it would be a matter of total tracking rather than total control. If a chip can detect an instant death or missing person, and track those within the vicinity at the time, then the amount of murders and abductions it could prevent would be insane.
What intrigues me is whether a deal has been made between both sides (The 2 groups battling for global control as Ed033 referred to some time ago) . Implementation of this new clean, transparent system, in return for pardoning previous actions? Or whether full details will be made public (with those implicit held accountable) in order to gain public approval for these microchips. What would concern me is the possibility of these chips being infected with something malicious.
Interesting times ahead.

{Ed033's Note - The idea is that in the future in the new world only elite owned companies produce stuff. They are going to produce 'cloned GM food' for us but that doesn't mean it's made of anything human.
What they want to do is genetically modify us with our consent. If we have any amount of our DNA genetically modified, then as they have already determined that they can own DNA, they will own then us because they will be our partial creator in their minds. And then they will think they no longer require our consent.
In order to eat GM food 100% of the time over any length of time, we would have to become partially genetically modified.

Question for Ed - What do you make of the alleged child sex trafficking / pizzagate etc amongst the elite and Hollywood?
I had heard of things before recently watching the Out of Shadows and End of Cabal documentaries. The Twitter account of Tom Hanks for example has been under constant abuse in the comments for all his posts for some time, with reports suggesting that he has been arrested upon landing back in the US from Australia, as well as suspicious pics pertaining to his current location (military facility) . Ellen Degeneres's behaviour lately has also been very suspect.
Interested to hear your thoughts on this.
{Ed033's Note - What's been happening up until now is that the controllers who are vampire pedo wizards have been using their Familiar minions in the educational system, banking system, Hollywood, T.V. programs, government agencies, space agencies, mainstream science journals and the mainstream fake news media to cast spells on the general population to nudge people's minds into consenting and accepting all the karma from all the sick stuff that goes on in the World what you've asked about.

The real Q anon solution: I'm not a Q follower or read the 'Q drops', but i've heard what the alleged Q solution, which is something ludicrous like, Donald Trump is going to take out the minions and after Donald Trump leaves office then JFK junior comes back to life and takes over as the benevolent ruler to keep us safe by stopping the Wizards getting new minions into powerful positions in society.
So, the only real Q solution is that all the Familiar minions all get placed into this total tracking system so that none of them can carry out any crimes or spells for the Wizards. If people do know about Blockchain technology, then everything is transparent and can be monitored by all of us on the Blockchain.
With all of us having access to this total tracking Blockchain system, it turns into a trustless system where we don't have to trust a benevolent leader because we can all monitor stuff ourselves. In this trustless, transparent system, everybody can monitor their children or anyone else so that anyone committing any crime or at a crime scene anywhere in the World can be identified by any of us. And as 99% of us don't commit any crimes, we shouldn't be worried out the transparency of the system.
If this is not the real Q solution then we would have to ask ourselves, does Q have a solution because even if Donald Trump takes out the current minions, they will surely be replaced by new minions in the future.
2. If the real Q solution is not implemented then the general population go into a terrible New World of total control and the crimes you're talking about get worse.

I think ED is spot on regrading multiple experiments.

Why that date ED033?
Valid point Adam. I myself found the confirmation bias that I needed to believe in Trump. Getting rid of the corruption in politics, bring down the deepstate, all the peedo stuff etc. That and the relentless attacks from the media and others made him appear as the underdog.
