I've posted this before:
People might want to know that as an example; John Henry Smith as a whole name is a fictional commercial name in the fictional world.
In the true Earth world, your Christian name and Heritage name are compltely separate.
The date of birth being the start date/origin of the fictional commercial name is a set of numbers in a fictional timeline in the fictional world.
In the true Earth world, your origin is Fertilisation, not any fictional numbers.
With the address, in the true Earth world most people live at/in either a private Freehold or Leasehold property, but there is no number attached to that property, the number is something different.
I'll expand on this:
Let's say as a hypothetical, you think you live at or in 100 Vine Street, Whelley, Wigan, Lancashire, England, [Post Code].
In reality, you live in or at a Freehold or Leasehold property near Vine Street, Whelley, Wigan, Lancashire, England.
So, if the number is not attached to the Freehold or Leasehold property; what is the number? It's an imaginary strip of land located in between the border of your Private property and the Public land/pavement/road at the 'front' of your property.
Now when you look into the 'Sovereign Mindset' info, you realise that there is a lot of fraud taking place, and if we're filling out their forms with fictional commercial names and imaginary addresses, who's the one starting a fraud? We are.
In theory if we want to register/sign up to something, we should not use their forms, but start by putting our correct details on a blank piece of paper. Decide whether you want to use Heritage, Family, Beneficiary, House or none of these as the other separate name. Let's say we decide on House:
We would then put our details down as:
Christian Name and House Name:
:John-Henry of the House-of-Smith.
Now, if they then log our details and write to us as:
Name:
John Henry Smith
Address:
100 Vine Street, Whelley, Wigan, Lancashire, England [Post Code]
then they're the ones starting the fraud?

If you didn't own your own home, and rent. Would there be any change to how you would write the above or would it still fall under a 'freehold' property as someone actually fully owns the premises?, (assuming they own it as a freehold and not a leasehold)

Some people start the empowering process by writing to TV License [why would anyone watch their programs, that are designed to program people?]
You write something like the following and you don't put your name on it and you don't sign/autograph it either:
I don't need a TV License and now i've told you i don't need a TV License, i'm removing any Implied Right of Access to any agents / representatives associated with TV Licensing. I will charge £7000 Sterling every time any agents / representatives associated with TV Licensing trespass on my property known as [your address].
Also, if you write to me or contact / correspond with me in any way, anytime within the next 2 years, i will consider it harassment and charge £1000 Sterling each time you contact / correspond with me.

I really want to make a start on regaining my Sovereign self. As you may remember I now have a license not to have to have a TV license. Is it worth waiting that out until 'they' start hassling me again with fines and fake bills again? Or should I just send them a letter to back off and leave me alone, now? I am torn over what to do, whether to wait. Though I do not want to wait.

I'm really at odds with the sovereign stuff. I'm aware that my knowledge on the subject is severely lacking and could lead to some embarrassment.
I'm not the best with words or arguments and stating my case, so this is likely to be perceived as no more than the ramblings of an ignorant, intolerant man.
In my opinion, the guidance and encouragement to empower ones sovereignty that Peter Stone and others like him are sharing, is fantasy and also dangerous.
Much of their talk is about contracts and your right not to be governed or enter in to contracts, particularly from entities that possess forms of authority.
Most of what i have been able to watch or listen to (i'll be honest is becoming more difficult as its triggering a gut instinct that's not complimentary) usually centres around some sort of conflict where licences, fines, demands and so on are made.
For the best part, i can only see their approach as being confusing to any person / agency / organisation imposing on their "sovereignty" but ultimately 99.9% of the time, only one side will win.
Peter et al, enter in to all sorts of contracts every day of the week, which according to them they don't need to as things just don't apply to them.
Well, i have to say, its total nonsense. Unless these folk are 100% self sufficient, their sovereignty is total horse shit.
I'm trying to keep it brief and workable in my own tiny mind, but lets take tax as an example. Apparently we do not have to accept taxation...well, there are taxes you can do nothing about. You can't refuse to pay VAT on the goods you buy in a supermarket, its quite simple, no payment, no goods. Think of all the things these people say and then think of how many things they must do daily, that contradict their beliefs.
Its all selective, they're in one world for one moment, then another world when it suits them for whatever cause or reason.
For some of the examples i have seen, they are pouncing on procedural errors to provide the ammunition to fight a fine or licence or whatever..Thats not sovereignty, its just being bloody clever and a stickler for doing things right.
I haven't looked hard, which could be my undoing, but there aren't many people who use their sovereignty that have taken on the establishment(s) and won.
Does Peter have a mortgage, a driving licence, does he pay council tax, income tax, VAT?
The platforms he uses to inform people are subject to rules and licencing. The means to be able to produce his material are all provided by companies which he cannot control and almost definitely pays for, tax included.
I wonder if he pays his water bill? Does he refuse to pay for surface water drainage? (which is total robbery)...i could go on and on.
If Peter really lived his sovereign life, he wouldn't have time to make videos or documents to post on his website as his fight is just too big and on too many fronts.
He's getting shafted left right and centre, just like the rest of us.
Being sovereign can only exist inside your mind and your own four walls. Outside of that and in daily life, its nothing, no meaning and no understanding by the vast majority.
Spill my pint, i aint going to wait for you to invoke your sovereignty by asking questions three times in order to dodge what is now owed. If a replacement isn't offered quickly, you'll get knocked out...Then presumably, you'd want a uniformed authority to uphold the law (the law you do not subscribe to) and arrest me for assault, then hopefully prosecuted and punished in a court by an authority which you say has no power to do so....See the problem here??
Amongst all this, its very likely Peter and co are renumerated for the effort of telling us total, unworkable crap. If there is an income, no matter how small or large, it may include monies from the vulnerable and easily led...
Sadly, i have met quite a few people who feel the system / society has let them down and then find alternative views through books, websites etc, then take that information to be absolute truth.
I also know others, including two people i consider friends that have a mental illness and swallow this stuff hook line and sinker. I sincerely hope they never touch upon the TV licence example....
So now we have sovereign people with no morals. Makes them no better than those they use as examples.
I think you can easily see i have developed a deep mistrust in the sovereign way and particularly in Peter Stone.
Again, in my opinion, Peter Stone and those like him are dangerous. Anyone going down this rabbit hole needs their head examining.

You make valid points and this is not a subject just to agree with, believe and dive head first into enacting upon. You need to study it, deeply. You need to get an understand of how the Satanic, fraudulent system REALLY works. People need to alter their 'mindset'.
The people who make these 'laws' work for a government. The thing people don't understand is these 'governments' are corporations, most of which are actually bankrupt. The UK government (corp) went bankrupt in 2018, if you weren't aware.
Now the fact they are corporations means they have no more authority over you, or anyone else for that matter, than say, McDonalds. If McDonalds told you you have to pay them loads of money out of you hard earned cash just because they say so, I am pretty sure I would guess what you would say or do giving the fact you would deck someone over some spilt beverage. :)
The problem is 'they' are good at fooling people and they have a whole elaborate system setup to decieve such as courts (again, these are corporate entities) police, councils, and most of the people who work for them are deliberately untrained in what is actually going on. FRAUD.
The fact they are all acting fraudulently is where you have to catch them out, you need to know and understand how to turn their own Satanic system against them by using their own techniques. You basically need to call their 'bluff'. There is a good video on the Law page which is about a man who imported a car which got impounded, I suggest watching that as it doesn't have Peter Stone in it and clearly he is causing you annoyance thereby not allowing you a clear head to digest what is being said/explained.
It is getting really late now, and although I will not sleep I can feel the monkey is beginning to give up peddling and my brain wants to shut down.
Will continue this conversation tomorrow or the weekend if you would like to try and break through the cognitive dissonance, which I will be very happy to guide/help you through to get to a point where you can start to study this enlightening topic as you will be missing out if you just dismiss it as BS.
