Reference the JFK post a little further down, I must admit but I've never noticed it before but Jackie could have quite easily have use some sort of pistol fired from the lap area. Imagine she intentionally moves JFK forward to move his head into a position. Then the way she quickly organises herself to get onto the boot of the car to "retrieve" something (part of his brain supposedly) she could be getting rid of something with the security behind who also gets onto the boot. Interestingly no one has access to Jackie's outfit that day until around 2103 or something like beyond our lifetime. Thanks for posting. I'm certainly coming around to the idea that Jackie could have delivered the fatal blow.

 
Hhmmm interesting idea, what helps the theory would be that she retrieved a bit of his head! Surely when your husband is shot a)thats the last thing you think you should check he's okay and b) why would you do so anyway if it was a part of his head you'd knoew he was gone.

 
God, I've heard everything now, Jackie O did it, and how do you know how you would act if your husband / wife have there head blown off next to you. Absolute rubbish.

It's as bad as the theory that some federal agent in the car behind shot JFK by mistake or Lyndon Johnson ordered the assassination or the MOB did it all by themselves.
