hey eds and guys, scrolled down and saw ed001 mentioning global warming as being nonsense. planned to read up on it last time but didn't have the time at that time, anyone mind sharing some articles or websites for a read on it? thanks.

Yes I agree with Ed001, it used to be called global warming, but they have since rebranded their product to climate change.

Ryan.

{Ed033's Note - This was initially changed because they didn't know at that time whether it was ultimately going to get warmer or colder over the next few decades, but either way they still wanted to introduce the carbon credit scheme, whereby the more carbon you or a company used, the more money you paid to their scheme. Obviously the ruling elite's giant corporations (that they are shareholders in) would have their carbon tax paid for by 'we the people' through government subsidies.

This carbon tax would lead to all companies going out of business as they couldn't afford the carbon tax except for the few giant corporations owned by the ruling elite

So by using the term "climate change", you can still bring in the carbon tax whether it gets warmer or cooler because either way "climate change" is the fault of carbon dioxide.

Kaizer, I'd recommend reading Michael Crichtons book "The State of Fear"

Whilst it's a fictional novel, it's an accurate description of the scientific inaccuracies and politically driven agendas of people who are pro climate change.

Like all of Crichtons books, its built solidly on facts and well worth a read if you've got the time

Climate change isn't nonsense its just a naturally occuring event that takes place over a few hundred years, or so I've heard. I think it was in the 18 century the Thames froze over and it was the worst winter on record. If that happened today the elite would surely blame it on global warming and carbon dioxide, without any evidence at all. The term global warming was coined as a money spinner to 1. Increase taxes and 2. Increase fear in the general population, so they would demand the governments to do something about, therefore increasing dependence.

{Ed007's Note - The River Thames freezing over never used to be THAT big a deal, I'm sure it's happened about 25 times since 1400 (?? that's off the top of my head so might be a bit out) and the last time was around 1820-30 although there was something in the 1950's. Read up on Frost Fairs (we covered them in primary school during a project about Victorian London) for a more in depth look at it. My head is full of 'useless information', or broken bottles as my mammy calls it, but it's all in no particular order so I admit my some of my input on threads is a bit vague, sorry.}

Try a Russian winter! I was at a recent event near where I live, where someone from the embassy came to present survivors of the arctic convoys with Russia's highway military decoration. I went along to meet some of these brave fellows, get a few stories. They all agreed British winters were far worse as children and its laughable how it all grinds fo a halt nowadays.

Ed7 is right. There was a mini ice age that occurred across Europe in the 14th century causing havoc with the harvests. The effects of this persisted into the 1700s. The Thames froze over probably once a generation and by the 1800s wasn't a big deal.

The temperature goes up and down. Its naturally occurring and isn't understood. Scientists have a vested interest as its all about getting research grants. Man hasn't helped by dumping tonnes of waste gasses into the atmosphere, but it doesn't look like their too keen to cut it, rather just more interested in gathering tax revenue.

Thanks for the info ed, will definately check that out. i'm the same btw, full of useless info that

Sorry add this to my last post. was gona say my heads also full of info that just comes to when it pleases. can't remeber if half of its true lol

{Ed007's Note - At least it's in there somewhere, Jase, that's the important part.}

The only thing I could add to the above very accurate comments, is that the abrupt climate changes observed in earths history are dictated by the sun and its cycles. This is understood by the mainstream scientific community as it is backed by data, but is not publicized due to the establishments current inability to impose a solar tax scheme. Read this article to view what the establishment has in store for all living creatures on this planet.
