i think THEY are making people scared of going abroad (not just tunisia but all countries) so we end up spending our money in the UK, putting the money back into the british economy and not into another countries economy

To be honest I've never seen the attraction of going to certain countries just to sit on a beach all day. I'd go crazy with boredom. I like to be active, even at my age, and prefer city breaks where I can go lose myself in the backstreets or museums and art galleries. I'm already considering a September trip to Dublin and maybe some city breaks in Cardiff or Liverpool. Open to suggestions.

If you like active, then you can't go far wrong in any italian city always plenty to see and do!

Yes we have been to Rome a couple of times and Florence long ago. I would like to do Pompeii too. Thank you.
