For anyone interested. Russia had operatives in New York for years, from Wall Street to the UN. Now one is headed to prison.

If he serves his sentence does that mean he won't be deported when he's released?

2.) 21 Nov 2016 10:55:39
Possibly. Depends on the state department and DoJ.

That's just one though. There's plenty more seeded all through Wall Street, Washington DC, London.

One for Franky. Maybe another Simpsons prediction?

KimPhilby

{Ed033's Note - yes, you can't go around trusting Russia, but at the same time you don't start trying to see who might win a nuclear warhead exchange.

1.) 10 Nov 2016 16:54:35
As I've said before if we know we're going then the rest is coming with us.

2.) 10 Nov 2016 17:29:35
haha good find kim, yeah I have used this analogy about Russia and the USA , both are mafia mob bosses who are trying to shake down other countries, they admire each other for different reasons but will never ever trust each other!

3.) 10 Nov 2016 17:48:32
Which is a shame Franky. The whole corrupt establishment must be taken down, top to bottom. It time for people of this world to walk a different path, one where people, nations, governments trust each other and work with integrity and honesty. It will / must happen. I honestly believe this, and pray for it in my lifetime.

What do people know on the Qatar-Turkey pipeline?

Isn't this what Syria is all about KP? The US is trying to undermine the ability of Russia to supply Europe with gas, severely denting its cash flow in the process. But Putin's backing of Assad means the US has to come up with other ideas.

{Ed033's Note - This is part of what the Syria conflict is all about

what are peoples views on the recent Bloody Sunday inquiry? After all, seems a fitting topic for a conspiracy site.

KimPhilby

1.) 23 Aug 2016 08:20:26
Are you referring to the Saville Inquiry KP?

2.) 23 Aug 2016 09:58:09
I am yes.

3.) 23 Aug 2016 11:03:34
Well it's not that recent KP, it took 10 years from start to finish, and the report was published in 2010. Like most people, I was very happy with it. Saville showed no apparent bias, and when David Cameron delivered his apology on behalf of the British government in the house of commons, it was a huge moment, and very welcome.

4.) 23 Aug 2016 14:39:50
Fairly recent. And Saville did as he was ordered.

5.) 23 Aug 2016 16:43:49
Tell me more KP. I'm interested in your opinion.

6.) 23 Aug 2016 21:10:36
Certain evidence was supposedly suppressed to exonerate certain politicians. Just wondering if anyone had heard that or had any thoughts. Just something that came up in conversation with someone the other day.

7.) 23 Aug 2016 23:30:55
If you mean the paedophile murderer who got Britain into the EEC then EH, you're right. No doubt he authorised it, but we'll never be able to prove it.

8.) 24 Aug 2016 16:33:34
No I mean McGuiness.

9.) 24 Aug 2016 21:28:46
Unreliable and bitter informants who wouldn't go on the record said all sorts of stuff.

10.) 25 Aug 2016 10:03:24
Well it came up in conversation with someone I've known for 30 years who has always been reliable.

Personally I have little interest in Northern Ireland so makes no difference to me.

2 theory's though. 1 McGuiness was there, did as depicted by the witnesses (who far as I can make out were reliable and not bitter) just to provoke an incident and make his murderous band of thugs look good.

2. McGuinness was there, did as depicted on the orders of the agency he was in the employ of.

Either way my friend was pretty adamant McGuiness was there, fired the first shot from the flats, bragged about it afterwards and his role was covered up by Saville for reasons unknown.

But I'll just add thus bit. McGuinness always looks uncomfortable like a man who's hiding something. Like guilt's eating him up.

11.) 25 Aug 2016 12:31:42
Previous posts you've made suggest you are interested, but you've made some odd comments. The one about the Nobel peace prize winners was strange, and you didn’t clarify when I asked.

Bloody Sunday was planned in advance, sanctioned by Ted Heath, and the paras fired the first shot. It's predictable that the British establishment would to try to demonise Martin McGuinness for his role that day, but if you believe that, you're only seeing it through a very distorted and politically motivated lens. It was cold blooded murder by British soldiers on 14 innocent people who were all unarmed, and many were shot in the back whilst trying to run away. 7 of the dead were teenagers. It's sickening when people (not you) try to score points over who did what, while the murderous bastards that shot and killed 14 innocent people on Bloody Sunday just carried on and got promotions and pensions, while families in Derry were destroyed by the loss of their innocent loved ones.

I always enjoy reading your posts, predominantly your observations are steeped in common sense, you’re clearly well read, and you have a good overview of world events. I often find myself agreeing with your sentiments, but on the subject of Northern Ireland I’m afraid I haven’t yet.

12.) 26 Aug 2016 10:41:10
Hmmm my reply didn't get posted. Well I'm in London before heading to France.

In short.

1. McGuinness provoked the incident to boost funds donations/ provide arms for his group.

2. McGuinness provoked the incident under orders, for whatever reason, if you go with the theory he is an establishment agent.

13.) 26 Aug 2016 11:12:33
You should focus more on the 'murderous thugs' to use your phrase, who shot 14 innocent people in cold blood. For someone who claims to have little interest in Northern Ireland you have very strong views on Martin McGuinness. Here's a very short clip of one of the paras talking about what he saw that day. Enjoy your trip to France.

14.) 28 Aug 2016 00:38:11
Yes McGuinness is a self confessed murderer who participated in the alleged murder of many innocents and now prances around like he's some sort of hero. Despicable man imo.

15.) 28 Aug 2016 11:30:52
I'd be very interested to read specific details of the murders he has confessed to.

Perhaps you could also show us a video of him prancing around.

16.) 28 Aug 2016 12:33:29
Were going to have to agree to disagree on this. I haven't the time or inclination to keep wasting words on a biased individual.

17.) 28 Aug 2016 13:34:56
Once again you're completely incapable of backing up your dubious and fanciful claims. You claim to have a source. It's probably the Times and the Telegraph.

You started this thread asking for people's views on the Saville report, and then you use it as a Martin McGuinness bashing exercise, trotting out some of the very old establishment propaganda about him. There are many more and if you ever want to explore all the claims and counter claims in the future I'll happily chat with you.

As for the Saville report it would have been interesting to stay on that topic, as I think some visitors here might have been encouraged to delve into the story a bit. It's a tragic story, but also useful as a starting point to explore the complexities of the Troubles. And it is an incredibly complex period, full of tragedy, and worthy of serious and respectful comment.

Every comment you have ever made about Northern Ireland on this site, and some go back a year or more, demonstrate that you have an extreme bias that is matched only by your complete lack of knowledge of the subject, and yet you decide to bail on this topic by making me out to be a biased individual.

Let's be honest, we all bring bias to any discussion. You have a fixed and incurious mind when it comes to Northern Irish politics, a subject you say you have little interest in, yet paradoxically have such strong views on. Your bias is there for all to see. Feel free if you want to be the pot to my kettle.

But what has become increasingly apparent to me since you started posting on this site, is that you absolutely cannot stand being questioned, and I bet I'm not the first person to say that to you!

Bonnes vacances KP, I hope you and your husband have a lovely time, and if you ever make good on that trip to Dublin, I'll be only too happy to buy you a pint and show you around.

18.) 28 Aug 2016 23:25:53
I'm from Co Derry and have grew up in the thick of it. We were invaded by the empires forces. Young men stood forward and took on the might of an army that was sent to suppressed any signs of rebellion.
Mc Guinness, well, I've heard stories from within . A friend of my own, who incidentally went to the Hague due to his treatment by British security wouldn't have anything constructive to say about him.

19.) 29 Aug 2016 01:32:06
I was wondering when you'd chip in TTTS. I'm not a big fan of McGuinness, there are a lot of things about him I can't stand. He is full of contradictions.

Franko, Scapp, Fr. Denis all interesting discussion points that have no easy answers, but worthy of discussion nonetheless.

I had heard this theory when I was last in America. Does it also include the 'Michelle was born a man' theory?

KimPhilby

{Ed033's Note - yes it does say Michelle was allegedly born as a male called Michael and Obama has called michelle, michael/mikey several times on camera by mistake since being in office.

She's a little distasteful in some of her views. But then anyone critical of the agenda is going to get tarred with certain brushes.

Id call him weak because he is weak. He's been anti EU all his career then in the run up to the referendum he was barely noncommittal at best. A few attacks in the media doesn't prove he's strong.

As I said all leaders have committed crimes. Check out what your country got upto in Greece and Italy in 1945.

The irony would be if they they find lots of fraudulent Clinton votes. I saw 10 different people complaining on twitter on election night about their vote being switched from Trump to Clinton.

KimPhilby

{Ed033's Note - It would be funny if they were able to do an accurate recount and let out the real numbers, as Trump would most likely win by a larger margin.
