I complete agree with that comment.

I'm sure most people here have seen it, but if you watch the film again with this video in mind, it will make much more sense. Like the author of the video I didn't really like The Shining that much first time around, despite being a huge fan of Kubrick and Nicholson. But as a confessional for his involvement in the so called moon landing footage, it's fascinating.

 

{Ed032's Note - Yes, it seemed odd to me, too, Rian. 'If' they went to the Moon, why go through all that effort of building a fake moonscape and not actually film from the surface? ?‍♂️ I guess they used the inverse square law of light and realised it would be way too bright to film anything, anyway. ??
