Was watching video on here that talked abt the benefits of liquid vitamin c seems to be loads of different ones out there, wondering if someone could tell me which one is the best to buy.

Any help would be much appreciated

{Ed033's Note - Altrient C - super expensive, but one of the best.

Ed033 is the guru on knowing the best supplements to get and I am happy to bow to his knowledge on this subject (and others) but let us not forget that the best real source of vitamin C would be from natural, organic foods. After all, this Realm was made for us all and has everything we need within it and we all need to research and regain the knowledge we once had, that has been suppressed from our knowing and hidden from us by those that want us to live off unnatural synthetics.

This is by no way suggesting Ed033's suggestion is wrong. Just adding to the sagely advice ?

Thanks very much eds

{Ed032's Note - Very welcome, Bert1313. Thanks for your question. Just for your information; 'Rose hip' is said to be one one the most vitamin C - rich, natural products and has a whole host of other health benefits such as being an anti-inflammatory. Perhaps this is a good place to start some personal research if that is something you are interested in doing?.

***Do not just go eating rose hip!*** They are covered in microscopic hairs which are an irritant (used to make 'itching powder') and they need to be properly processed to remove these. Hence the need to research this nutrient rich resource. We wish you well?
