That's amazing, Scotland are voting overwhelmingly to stay in the EU but when it came to breaking away from London, they voted to stay. How is that?

Shadrak

{Ed033's Note - it's bizarre, but apparently it's known that most of the Scottish people somehow think that they can be independent while also being told what to do by the EU by remaining in the EU. How the Scottish people's logic works i don't know.

This is why I think certain votes are rigged, things like this just don't make sense.

2.) 24 Jun 2016 06:08:48
I'm I seeing things, have the UK really voted to leave the EU? If correct, does this mean that other countries within the club will now want to leave it as well? Wow.

3.) 24 Jun 2016 06:14:27
wow certainly did not expect that. i'm not a uk citizen and never been there myself, bt am interested to see what follows next.

I know it's been said that it's a 'once in a lifetime' vote, does anyone think that the' powers that be' might turn round and say, we'll give you anthor chance? Here is another referendum.

5.) 24 Jun 2016 07:24:01
I live in Scotland and I am shocked at the percentage of remain votes. Out of all the people I had spoken to I would say 80% were for voting out. I would guess it's maybe to do with the older generations scared of change or what might happen but then again older members of my family voted out. If it was a 51%-49% for remain then fair enough but in some areas the split is too big for me to not think something funny is going on.

6.) 24 Jun 2016 10:23:49
the scottish will stay in my opinion and the snp might not even call for a referendum.

why? the eu will now implode on itself, expect greece, and all the Mediterranean countries going under.

anyone would be mad to join that now.

7.) 24 Jun 2016 11:35:49
im scottish and voted out but i'm really shocked at the every constituency voted in percentage.

the in people in my work have been realy pushing that it would never be an out vote and now they are arguing and becoming aggressive in saying that's the end of it and we should be all worried. lol

but I feel that if i'm travelling down south I could be tainted with the same brush as the in voters up here.

If Scotland want a referendum, fine it's there future, but would they accept border controls which would surely have to be put into place on the scots/ UK border.
Also with the oil they would be hoping to walk away from the union with, don't they possibly see themselves as a new cash cow for the Eu?

Blueman
You one of the United Kingdom brothers
At most you will call us English *********
And we will say your a Scottish *********
Then every thing will be normal
I don't think Scotland know how much England love William Wallace
United Kingdom are strong as one
Less so if we fight among us
As has been said
I argue and fight with my bros
But push comes to shove a foriegn enemy
Becomes all our enemy.

{Ed001's Note - what on earth are you going on about?}

10.) 25 Jun 2016 19:25:12
Sorry if didn't make sense
I was just saying I know quite a few Scottish in southampton and we allways have a laugh
But that is all it is
And what a lot did see even though majority of Scottish voted remain we and I also see there were many that voted out in Scotland too
Just pointing out we humans or Irish welsh or Scotland and English are not enemy's
The enemy to many was EU
And the William Wallace remark was a light joke
About freedom
Sorry if people thought I meant different.

Sad to say Supasub but in this day and age the one with the most money or the most to lose is the voice you'll hear the loudest.

You have to commend the powers that be on turning the debate into an argument on the pros and cons of immigration / and or hatred of other races . Nothing like muddying the water to fool the masses further and sway the ditherers.

Shadrak

{Ed033's Note - The controllers know their enemy really well. Political correctness is so genius it even has the 'awake' people fighting over Political correctness.

The farther away your rulers are the more opportunities they have to protect themselves with laws and police and armies. One day they will become completely untouchable. Heck who am I kidding, it's already happening.

Shadrak

{Ed033's Note - yes, already happening and then some.

I believe Britain should leave for the same reason Scotand should have parted ways with London rule. You shouldn't have people who don't live in that country voting on the laws those people should live by. If you break down the governance then it let's you redistribute the power and as far as I can see there are far to few people with to much power.

Shadrak

{Ed033's Note - Sounds good, but the 'power elite' centralise power in order to control lots of people.

And most people have no clue that there is a 'power elite' or whatever you want to call them so they can get away with centralising power more and more.
